A Victory Pose is a brief, subtle animation performed by the victorious player's character at the end of the match. The animation is initiated only if a finisher has not been performed by the player's character.

In each game, it was common for a victory pose to be shared with several characters. In later installments of the series victory poses were still shared between characters. This occurrence was due to the motion capture animations being applied to several characters.
